Key Challenges in Elevating Marina Home’s Online Presence
Marina Home faced several digital challenges that hindered its ability to provide their customers with an uninterrupted and enjoyable shopping experience. The platform constantly struggled with a fragmented user experience, making it difficult for customers to enjoy a unified shopping journey across the web and mobile app. Additionally, slow loading times, especially on mobile devices, lead to higher bounce rates, with shoppers leaving before completing the purchase.
As a well-established, luxury brand, Marina Home aimed to offer its customers an awe-inspiring digital experience, complete with advanced features such as AR- based furniture previews, allowing them to visualize products in their homes before making the purchase.
