Creating a Customized eCommerce Website for Reebok on Magento Cloud

Reebok, a global athletic footwear and apparel company, wanted to create a new eCommerce website to sell their products online. They approached us to build the website on Magento Cloud and customize it to meet their specific needs.

Our team worked closely with Reebok to understand their requirements and created a fully functional eCommerce website with all necessary features, including payment integration, customer session-based recommendations, multi-currency support, and social media connectors.

The main objective was to create a customized eCommerce website that met Reebok’s specific requirements and provided a seamless shopping experience for their customers.

However, there were several challenges that we had to overcome to achieve this objective:

Solution Approach

In response to the challenges outlined in the previous section, we implemented a range of solutions to ensure that the Reebok eCommerce website provided a seamless and engaging user experience, while also accommodating international customers and simplifying the purchase process.

These solutions included customized features, secure and user-friendly payment options, personalized recommendations, a streamlined checkout process, and social media integration to promote brand exposure and customer engagement.

User Experience

To meet Reebok’s specific requirements for the website, we worked closely with their team to identify the key features needed, including Model Based Grouping, Multi-Color, Display Availability, Multi-Color Filtering, and Heart enabling to add to wishlist. Our development team ensured that the website was seamlessly integrated with these features, while maintaining a user-friendly and engaging experience for customers.

Payment Integration

To make it easy for customers to pay and checkout, we integrated Tabby and EMI payment options into the website. We worked to ensure that these payment options were secure, user-friendly, and integrated seamlessly with the checkout process. Additionally, customers can use their store credit to pay for purchases, and administrators can utilize the store credit for cash refunds.

Customer Session-based Recommendations

To personalize the shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction, we utilized data analysis tools to make recommendations based on customer sessions via IP. These recommendations were displayed to customers in real-time, enhancing the shopping experience and increasing sales.

Multi-currency Support

To accommodate international customers and simplify the purchase process, we implemented a currency conversion system and included VAT and Cart Summary in the checkout process. This made it easy for customers to understand the total cost of their purchase in their local currency.

One-step Checkout

To reduce cart abandonment and improve customer satisfaction, we streamlined the checkout process into a simple and efficient one-step check-out. This made it easy for customers to complete their purchase quickly and easily.

Social Media Connectors

To increase brand exposure and customer engagement, we integrated social media connectors to enable customers to share and promote their purchases. This helped to spread the word about Reebok and increase customer loyalty and engagement.
